A sweet baby panda with a little tuft of hair smiles softly, paws resting on its tummy. Medium — great for kids.
That little hair tuft is the detail to celebrate, so color it in the same black as the ears for a realistic look, or in a soft fantasy shade like lavender for fun. Keep the rest true to life: white tummy and face, black eye patches and paws, and a gentle rose pink only if you add a tiny hint of color to the nose.
Soft colored pencils work beautifully for this gentle smile, letting you build the black patches in two light layers instead of one harsh fill. Shade the tummy with the faintest gray curve where the paws rest on it, so it looks plump. Keep strokes short and curved, following the round shape of the head and belly as you color.
